Amilcar Ayala founded Black Ops Cleaning Company while working at JPMorgan Chase. Amilcar grew up in the family cleaning business and worked with his father for 10+ years. Inspired by his fathers cleaning company success, Amilcar decided to form his own company. He leverages his experience earned during his 8-year career in the U.S. Army, where he gained leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for serving others. Today, he applies those same principles to his cleaning business, ensuring that every job is completed with precision and care.
His vision for Black Ops Cleaning Company is to provide quality cleaning services that clients can trust while also supporting the local community as a veteran-owned business. Under his leadership, Black Ops Cleaning Company is committed to excellence and growth, delivering the best service possible to our clients in the DMV capital beltway area.
Baltazar Ayala -
Director of Operations
Baltazar Ayala brings over three decades of experience in the commercial cleaning industry to Black Ops Cleaning Company. As the President of his own cleaning business and a seasoned professional in the field, his deep understanding of operational efficiency, customer service, and quality standards makes him an invaluable asset to the company.
Baltazar began his journey in 1989, working for a national commercial cleaning company, and later established his own successful cleaning business. His extensive experience cleaning buildings of all sizes and restoring floors gave him a successful career. With his wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise, Baltazar also serves as the Director of Operations, ensuring that Black Ops Cleaning Company maintains the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
