Amilcar E. Ayala is the Founder and President of Black Ops Cleaning Company LLC, a veteran-owned commercial cleaning and specialty facility support company serving the DMV region.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Amilcar served in the United States Army. That experience helped shape his approach to leadership, discipline, accountability and teamwork. After his military service, he built a career in banking and business development, working closely with business owners and learning the value of strong client relationships.
Those experiences led him to create Black Ops Cleaning Company: a business that combines military-rooted discipline with genuine customer service, both for routine cleaning and for difficult or unusual facility challenges.
Today, Amilcar remains personally involved in growth, client relationships and operations. He takes pride in developing his team and earning the trust that gives clients confidence the job will be handled with care and professionalism.

Amilcar first learned the cleaning trade by working alongside his father. That practical foundation later met the discipline of Army service and the client focus he developed in banking and business development.
Black Ops Cleaning Company LLC was legally registered in late 2024 and began operations in mid 2025. Amilcar is the company’s sole operational leader and remains closely involved in the work and client experience.
